  1. this is the port forward error btw
  2. Hi, yes im gettig an open NAT just not seein the deamonware as per usual. Also the manual port forwarding error issue has been there for a while for me personally. Yes I have factory reset a few times since the insall of the beta. Thanks
  3. Hi, my UPnP is not working/showing as active in the network settings tab and I get an error when I try to forward the port manually. Usually I would see Demoware in thst setting. I am usin R1 3.0.171. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks
  4. Hi, not sure if you saw my update but everything fell into place, current settings below for reference. BT Hub R1 in DMZ UPnP dissabled No port forward rules in place at all R1 Console in DMZ IPv6 dissabled UPnP on auto No port forward rules set by me DumaOS beta working well Thanks
  5. implemented and unsuscessful in and outside DMZ ***************** update after a bit of time and some adjustments NAT's are open, i will check back again in the morning and confim the settings i have fyi it thats useful
  6. so ive been through every conceivable combination of UPnP/PortForward/DMZ on and off and the best I can get is moderate NAT i then plugged the console in to the hub directly and got open first hit, then double checked the R1 and it was moderate. any additonal assistance would be greatfully recieved thanks ***** edit i will add that i checked playability and the difference between the open and moderate was obvious
  7. ok i will give it a try, to confirm its R1 is DMZ in home hub settings and console is DMZ in R1 interface? thanks
  8. Thanks I have applied the update and put the console in the DMZ of the R1 and BT Hub with the same outcome. I will try a reboot of the console and some other things and revert back to you. I was just using UPnP but then a mixture of both which resulted in the same issue. One question I have, should I turn off IPv6 in General and WAN settings as it was dissabled previously when i had no issues? Thanks
  9. thanks for the swift reply. i have tried that and i have no luck, the PS4 says NAT type 2 but the games i load up say strict or moderate even when in spectating mode. anything else ive missed or could try? thanks
  10. I would like to know the optimum way to set up the R1 so I can have it plugged into my BT Smart Hub and still get an open NAT. I appreciate this is not the optimum way to do things but I dont use the console (PS5) im trying to get an open NAT on very opten and this is used as a secondary router soley for the console. thanks in advance
  11. Yep I’m in the same boat, a steady 8ms ping but it makes no difference at all. Oh well maybe DumaOM might rectify it or the next COD will be better
  12. hi all final update, it is all 'working' as it should now i still have a terrible online experience/connection but the duma has never managed to fix that i will give it a couple of weeks to see if it settles down , if not it will be going back in its box again thanks for the help, it was much appreciated
  13. still making progress the geo filter is working now 🙌 i just need to get a nat type 2/open nat as its currently moderate there must be a thread on here that can help
  14. Yeah it was set 100-250 but I changed it in the settings to match the smart hub so I can assign the same ip’s as before just with 192.168.88.xx. Not a clue what was happening with the laptop tbh. Still no luck with the PlayStation unfortunately as the geo filter isn’t working. I will keep at it
