  1. So...the downgrade works...but I thought I was supposed to then allow the router to upgrade again(which it did). Should I just stay with the downgraded firmware and shut off auto updates?
  2. To be clear, I increased the retries from 5 to 3 a month ago...still having the issue.
  3. Yep, I increased it to 5 from 3. Screen shot of System Information page below. I cut out the network stuff...just in case.
  4. I didn't mention it above, this is on the XR500. Currently the firmware is 2.3.2.56
  5. I've followed the forum posts about downgrading firmware and such, and none of them seem to yield a permanent fix to this problem. It does "fix itself" when I reboot the router, but the problem eventually comes back. Is there anything I'm doing wrong that's causing this? We do have a relatively large amount of devices (I think >30) on our network sometimes...is that the issue? Any help would be appreciated. Jimmy
  6. Did a physical unplug-reset then ran factory reset again. Firmware upgraded without issue after that. Thanks for the quick turn around on this!
  7. I should add...too...that my network never went down and I'm currently connected to the router. The wifi AP never reset to factory.
  8. My interface is acting funny. I was not able to reboot the router from the interface (says it's rebooting, but does not reboot), and when I asked for a factory reset...it didn't actually reset the settings...but I can no longer access my Host Filter, Congestion Control, basically any part of the menu that's accessing anything on the router. It's very strange. I was not able to upload the update, obviously. I received exit code 1 and that's when I selected the reboot...which is where my issue became evident. I'm on 1.03.6g.
  9. Hello, I'm currently on 1.03.3. Would like an upgrade when possible. Thanks!
