yep lets calm down. a couple of months waiting is just being impatient. i should spend a least a decade on forums waiting for an upgrade. I bought this router so i could spend my spare time gaming, not reading forums.

Dont bother guys. No longer want an upgrade. Ps4 runs better not going through the netduma. I have my netduma plugged in as an extension router to a netgear DNG 4000 modem, router. It is in a DMZ. Has always been in a DMZ. Remote access is ticked in netduma. I am not an I.T. professional. it should be easy, not a technical nightmare. As for providing firmware updates free of charge, what producer of tech hardware does not? My Phone, PC, Tablet, Playstation, X Box, Tv, and even my netgear router get free upgrdes, and Its automated. This is just so backward.

wasting your time people. nothing ever gets done. apparently upgrade guy is on holiday. wish i could afford a 4 month holiday. still if i was peddling an expensive router with 1980's upgrade ability, i suppose i could. Guess I am a little disgruntled, as i can now never upgrade to a newer version than 03. time for a few online reviews, amazon and e bay here i come.
