I don't mean to be a nag, just looking for an update. You must be busy with Christmas orders.

Looking for an update on when I can get my R1 back. I've been PMing Netduma Fraser and sent an email to the Netduma support, but only got an automated message in return. Sent my R1 back about a month ago for help doing the new update. All my settings were locked and remote assistance wasn't working.

I am running 1.03.4 and would like to update. Setup is: modem -> router -> netduma currently I cannot change settings of modem Remote service is checked on netduma IP of netduma added to DMZ of router and UPnP is disabled. No port forwarding selected.

I have added the netduma MAC to the DMZ of my main router and remote access is checked. Currently none of the netduma features are working and I cannot enable wifi. Upon applying the settings everything refreshes and goes blank. Not even a factory reset will enable anything.

I am on 1.03.4 and would like to update to 1.03.6 I have remote support checked in my settings
