Hi Fraser Have completed the above my upload hits between 12-14 I pay for 12, but my download is still between 35-75 no where near the 200 I pay for. Any ideas??

Hi Fraser When testing speeds using speed.net my results are awful. I pay virgin media for 200 download and 12 upload. My results show 20-35 download and 6-7 upload. I have followed optimal settings and these are the results I get. I have had the netduma 12 months and never had these type of results. Have checked with virgin and the say everything is fine the IPS in the area at max is only used 45%. Ping is 14-18. Lately my games on IW are awful too, actually see characters stutter across the screen. Can you help????
