Think it's my ISP... but not sure.. No settings changes but have thus today..

It's connected via ethernet... when do a speed test on the console (I know its an estimate) 6mbps down 10mbps up... Console is showing as full duplex 1000 port The photo is with it connected and downloading (it's painful to look at the estimated time) I have tried switching to a wireless connection and the problem is the same...

I have an XR500 with the latest firmware. I have NO modem but have 912mbps fibre to house. My Internet provider (Kcom) uses PPOE. I can connect to the Internet and work fine. My speed tests through ethernet are fine on PC and even on 5G wifi get good speeds. BUT my ps5 is set up in DMZ with static IP but have just come to download the latest MW warzone patch 76.009gb and the speed it's downloading is ridiculous.. tried reboot, tried disabling QOS, tried disabling IPv6 as FAQ suggested... still not better.. It is NOT PSN slowing me down as a friend in chat downloaded on his Virgin 500mbps in minutes. Please help I am sure somewhere in the settings something is wrong... but I can't find it..

I have an XR500 not had any big issues but lately having trouble connecting to party chat on PS4... all people within the chat are within my set area.. ping assist is OFF... I can physically connect to the chat party but they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them until I leave chat and rejoin after turning filtering off... once I have returned to the chat party with filtering off I can hear others within chat and they can hear me... but if I switch filtering back on and someone joins the chat I will not be able to hear them and they cant hear me... just the original party can.. I am sure there will be a box somewhere I have checked or unchecked that should or should not be... Please help its driving me nuts having to turn the filter on and off and constantly leave chat parties and rejoin

I was having speed issues with mine as bridge. I plugged the XR500 straight into the fibre converter box (ISP provided) and in XR500 initial setup detected PPPOE and simply set ISP user name and password and was good to go and recieved my full 420mbps. No need for extra modem.

VPN connected and no services or devices are selected... which I assume would send EVERYTHING? through the VPN I have also enabled 'Block traffic if VPN diconnects' but on searching my IP in Google it still shows the TRUE IP address... not the VPN address

This obviously means it is not working? Are you working on a fix... quite worrying that you think you have the VPN protection but it isn't there

I have Hybrid VPN set up and shows connected on my XR500.... Trouble is when I search my IP on any device attached with it switch ON or OFF my IP remains the same and does not change... as if the VPN is not working.. anyone any ideas?

Just come up against a possible issue.... with Hybrid VPN active and NOT active.. why would my IP address remain the same?

Do you mean replace the 'ca ca.ipvanish.com.crt' line with 'ca [inline]'? If so still fails...
