    I'm almost to the point of selling my R1 b/c how they treated their customers. I guess you can't be trans-parent b/c we will leave. Someone messedd up bad signing the contract with netgear.

    I heard the XR500 is buggy and CC does not work properly. Can anyone comfirm this? B/C I have lost hope and i believe all R1 owners won't get the update until xmas or beginning of next year.

    hey what modem did you have before? B/c i'm starting to think my modem is the issue and only provides me with half of my speeds.
