Annnnnnd now im connecting to blocked servers / servers outside of my GEO filter with strict mode on Who do I contact for a refund? I'm immeasurably unhappy with the Netduma R3

Added it now but the GEO filter isn't working, it says inactive on the GEO filter even though I changed the iPad pro to a playstation 5. I've enabled strict mode, but yeah, nothing is showing up. I'm trying to use the GEO filter with Pokemon Unite on IOS

So I've connected my Ipad Pro (wifi only version) to the R3 and it shows up as an unknown device (computer) I attempt to block traffic on the device and it's not blocking it at all? I deleted the device from the Router after disconnecting it from the Router, then tried re-adding it but no luck..

It's been close to 10 years since I originally signed up and bought the original Netduma, I thought I would give the new R3 a try so I just purchased it, looking forward to giving it a try

Enable strict mode to stop that from happening

What promise? As far as I'm aware there's never been a guaranteed or promised release date. It takes as long as it takes to release, the hardware limitations you're talking about are exactly why they need all the extra time. Do people really want a broken ass rushed update that could potentially have bugs that brick your device completely? Is that the road people want to go down? I'd rather get a product I know is going to work and perform 100%
