Im having problems here bro they are renewing the ip lease and we keep unplugging the ont and netduma over and over but it isn't working any ideas

No I didn't ask them to break my ip lease and I bought a cable. So since I already asked them to switch it to ethernet only should i just call and ask them to break the isp lease or renew it and that is it?

Yea i ran an ethernet from my ont to my netduma but it wont go online when i plug my computer in to check idk what its is

Hey can you help me with this i got fios and the fios quantum gateway router and i have been using the netduma router with optimum before this and i tried doing this with fios and the netduma and it simply wont work and i really want to use the netduma because the bufferbloat with the quantum gateway is ruining my gaming experience. When i called the lady she said she switched it to ethernet but my netduma won't work please help because i've been dealing with terrible lag since i got fios.
