#163816 Quieter Movement - No Mountain Division - Inconspicuous Basic Training - CoD...

Posted by fuzzy clam on 13 November 2017 - 06:24 PM

Hell yes,I love running this as opposed to having to run mountain division.

And I remember during the beta me commenting about the footsteps being loud and people telling me they weren't loud, they were quiet... but I think everyone is sound whoring in this game. It's kinda hard not to when everyone sounds like a damn elephant walking or running and it doesn't matter the surface they're on, dirt, wood, metal etc.it's all loud.

Which always leads to people sitting in corners ADS at doorways and choke points, just like in Ghosts. And they went back and fourth nerfing and buffing the sound in that game for the entire lifespan.

#163218 Call of Duty WW2 Honest & Positive Review - My First Impressions - Is CoD...

Posted by fuzzy clam on 08 November 2017 - 03:47 PM

Nice vid as usual Mr Trakky.

And I agree it's not even running as it should yet and it's still a really good game IMO.But I am one of those people who never liked the "rocky the flying squirrel" BS,so I am more than glad to see boots on the ground.I'm curious to see what the next 2 titles after this will do...back to boosting or stay on the ground.

But I am enjoying the game, back to 3 lanes of traffic and true choke points (due to no boost jumping),the one thing I gotta pay more attending to is the head glitching as in the last few titles it wasn't as popular as with WW2.But as time goes on I'll adjust to it.

Again great video... :D

#163009 ww2 Strong lag comp

Posted by fuzzy clam on 06 November 2017 - 04:30 PM

This is really no different than any other launch, it always runs bad for the first couple weeks.

The only thing I don't get is every year they act like it's the first launch they've done, they need to put some more money into the servers and that would help everyone out IMO.

SHG...you only had one job...a successful launch.

#161660 BO3 Realtime Ping

That is a seriously low ping and I dislike you more and more every day... ;)

As usual you got great gameplay... :D

#160789 Duma OS idea (if it's not too late to implement) - thoughts?

Posted by fuzzy clam on 08 October 2017 - 03:45 PM

Agreed IMO that's a great idea and would love to see something like this, in my situation I'm 70 actually miles from a huge dedi bank (Illinois) and between 10-15 ms to them but still struggle with stability during gameplay.

But as Fraser said if it's something we see, it will be down the road as I know they are concentrating all their efforts on the new OS right now.

But again great idea... :D

Do you know what's required to actually pull host? Do you need a bare minimum of xMb upload bandwidth or something? I can never find a straight answer online lol

On Ghosts on PS4,there seems to be no particular reason why you get host.My ISP speeds are below/normal 60/5 and it takes a couple of games to get it but I noticed one I got it,I had it until I left the lobby.

Wish I had a magic formula to share with you but I can't.All I can say is try playing Ghosts and see what happens.

And I don't throttle my connection,I set my CC at 70/70 and call it good. But always get host when I play but couldn't tell you why,I would like to say solid connection but surely there are people playing with faster and more stable connections than mine.

#160670 And thats a clean line :D

Posted by fuzzy clam on 06 October 2017 - 02:25 PM

Yup.that's pretty clean... :D

Agreed Boom... DSL reports are overrated,Pingplotter is so much better on a flooded connection.

And the last I knew there weren't a lot of P2P games as Boom said, if your playing a newer game you're most likely playing on a dedi.

Which would mean you have no control over the "3 bar" or slower connections in your lobby. We can only control our own connection and optimism our own network, not much you can do about playing in a lobby with someone who's stealing his neighbors WiFi and gaming.

I like playing the older titles and if I can pull host at least I know the connection is solid for myself and the rest of the lobby.

I like that game, and roids are good for everyone... :D

#159886 change location

Posted by fuzzy clam on 26 September 2017 - 01:21 PM

Just a suggestion as something to try but have you tried putting your home in the US and then try joining a lobby ? I only asked as if that works and trying to join a European server using the same process, it might be something else with those servers and your location.

I'm just throwing it out there as something that you haven't tried yet to see if it allows you to get in a game, again just trying to help out.

And just another tip...never use the speeds your getting thru your console as "reliable" as they are anything but.

Always go thru a wired computer and a reputable site.

Now what did you do... ;)

#159678 Tec people tell me the answer

Posted by fuzzy clam on 22 September 2017 - 07:44 PM

My question is how can I get good hit detection on any cod like the MarkofJ on YouTube, type him up and look at how crisp his hit detection is and he doesn't have a netduma . I want that kind of spongy hit but I don't know a solution, I believe a tec wiz should be able to tell me the answer

He's extremely good at the game...great reflexes, great line quality and knows the maps (spawns, chokepoints etc) people like that make the game look really easy as the don't miss very many snots.

I do believe he said awhile back in one of his videos that the server and hub were basically in his back yard that helps also... but again he's a beast.

#159096 Tournament in honour of A7Legit - Suggestions

Posted by fuzzy clam on 12 September 2017 - 04:58 PM

We're going to need at least four separate tournaments if we split timezones. But I agree that we should do it.

Although I'd also enjoy hearing Fuzzy tears as I spank him  ;)

Unless you just mean the first rounds are going to be within your own continent and then the final is intercontinental.

Do we think gamers can all play nice and accept that difference in ping between continents?  :D

I'm sure I would provide a good time for everyone with my color commentary as I'm getting melted by all the really good guys... ;)

And the ping shouldn't be a difference as we're playing for fun but something tells me a few may have issues with it but maybe not...
