How long after it got released did people put their application in? It was 3am in aus and didn't get to sign up 5 hours after

I know the issues and the release of their nighthawk with netgear is why the DumaOS is delayed, but when we're promised a service over a year ago and it still hasn't happened without some sort of 'looking like it'll be done at such and such date' while we've all been told a few weeks at most 4 weeks ago, just gotta be wondering what's going on, when they first annouced DumaOS it was july 2016 you'd think nearly 2 years later we'd have it by now.
