  1. This morning when I woke up, I found that my devices lost connection to my wi fi network via my NetDuma router. This problem occurs several times a week or not for a couple weeks, but I can’t find a pattern to it. When I try to connect to the WiFi signal, I can see the network, but it tells me I have the incorrect password. When I enter the correct password, it still tells me it’s incorrect. The only way to fix this that I’ve found is reset the router. Then my phone and devices automatically connect again. The firmware is fully upgraded. How do I stop this from happening? Thank you!
  2. I have no WAN IP. I’ve restarted he modem and router to no effect. Connecting to the router via LAN is not effective either. I’ve tried another router and it didn’t work either. Same issue.
  3. Just got a new modem (ARRIS SURFboard SB8200) but now my Netduma R1 router won’t let me use the internet. My Xbox, connected to the modem directly, works just fine. I followed the technical support directions but that didn’t fix the issue. The instructions told me to post here for help. Thank you!
