@Netduma Fraserok here is a weird update. I mentioned that I was getting around 920 download using direct connection from main router to my pc but getting 200-300 lower speeds using netduma right? I just updated my motherboard LAN driver and funnily enough the direct download stayed around 920 but now with netduma connected Im getting around 900 and issue is fixed. so Im actually baffled by what actually was causing the issue, a driver update on motherboard solved the issue with netduma? lmao Im confused. I appreciate your help though.

R2 is in DMZ of the Modem/Router already ( tested with dmz enable and disabled and makes no difference) sorry nott sure what these PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP Identifiers mean. disabled IPv6 in WAN/LAN and disabled the protection options in WAN Settings and now Im getting around 750 mbps download. still lower than direct connection which I get around 920 mbps.

Hi Happy new year For some reason Im getting 300 mbps lower download speed when using R2 compare to connecting my PC directly to my ISP router (its one device mode and router). here are my speed test results. the test in the middle is dont by connecting my main router directly to PC. ( My internet is 1000 down and 160 up) these are done with QOS off in netduma, it doesnt matter if I put the main router in bridge mode or not, I still get lower download speeds. Im on firmware 3.3.280 The connection benchmark in DumaOS doesnt even work properly, it doesnt do speed test, only ping test and ping test (under load). congestion control auto setup doesnt do anything either should I downgrade to another firmware? where do I find the older firmwares? thank you

Not really, its very random. Although I was on the latest firmware, I decided to reinstall it and now for the past 2 hours it seems to be working properly. Will report with a log file if it happens again. Thanks -

Ok so for a while speed was fine but now Its getting capped at 120 Mbps. This happens regardless of QOS being enabled or disabled. Both wifi and ethernet are now capped at 120. Checked the connections and theyre all on 1000 Mbits. When I reboot the duma through the interface, the issue goes away but some how comes back. Not sure whats causing this. -

Hi I have a 500 down 100 up connection and used to have a R1 router thar would cap my download speed at 90 randomly, so i decided to upgrade to R2. The R2 fixed the issue and I was getting 480 down 98 up all the time. Untill 2 days ago that the same issue started and my speed keeps getting capped at 90 down and 98 up. R2 is connected to a Netis router. So far I have checked all cables to make sure they are not faulty, reset R2 to factory, reboot many times, hard reset r2 using the reset hole at the back of it, turned modem, router and r2 off and on. I rebooted the Netis router through the gateway and it fixed the issue but after 10 mins the speed got capped at 90 again. This happens regardless of QOS being enabled or disabled. And I cant find a reason to tell my ISP to change my Netis router cause if i connect a cable directly from that to my PC, the speed will be fine. At this point I dunno what to do, any help would be appreciated. log-1630306209674.txt

Hi, Im sorry if im posting this on the wrong section. I cant seem to connect to my interface, it was working fine but i just cant connect to 192.168.77.1 Im basically stuck in a username password loop. Ive used edge, chrome, opera and firefox as well as trying other PCs. I also power cycled the R2 two times but still cant connect to the interface, my down/up speed is basically limited at 70% at the moment any advice on how to fix this? Thanks

R1 caps my internet speed at 90 mbps
Ashkan Phenom replied to Ashkan Phenom's topic in Original Netduma R1 Firmware Support
I did another factory reset and for now it seems to hold the speed at 480 down and 98 up. and this is the diagnosis when speed is good. if it gets capped again I will do another diagnosis and report back here -
