"This shouldn't take too long.".... Well, comming from the Netduma Staff it does not mean too much. Your rep on keeping promises has kind of been destroyed! But, as questvr3 mention, it really would add some understanding if you gave away some more info on what you are doing and what problems you have atm. I dont know of other people but I think we feel the same. I bought a $300 router because of specific features that was advertised and promised, even assured byt Netgear sales before purchase, that just is'nt there! Six months up the road I really feel a bit ignored...
