Ok, I tried resetting again. I held the reset button down for 40 seconds. I then used chrome and tried the following: "http://r1", "http://192.168.88.1" & "http://192.168.1.1". For all three I get a generic google chrome page that says "This site can't be reached." I did not make any other changes to the GUI, other than disabling DHCP. I don't think the factory reset is taking because I can still access the router via WiFi using the S/N as a password vice the "netdumar1" that it should revert to when the reset is successful according to your FAQ/Wiki.

I disabled the DHCP setting as I am trying to use this as a second router on my network. I tried clearing my cache and connected it to a different computer just to be sure. I can get to the internet through the WiFi and via hardline if I connect it to my modem. I tried accessing through both 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.88.1, neither work. Tried from both wireless and hardline connections. I just can't seem to get the GUI to work so that I can actually use the router for what it was designed for. Tried the guide you provided, but no luck. Also tried to do the hard physical reset several times with no luck. Password for the WiFi after the hard physical reset remains the SN and does not change to the NetdumaR1 as noted in the help guide, so I believe this means it is not taking. When I do the hard physical reset, the router does beep, which leads me to believe it is working, but then nothing changes.

I just bought this and was trying to perform set-up. Got GUI to come up and made a change. Webpage crashed and when I try to log back in I cannot get the GUI to come up using the 192.168.88.1 I tried the hard physical reset, but nothing seems to be happening.
