yeah so i went from ONT to duma and nothing but orange internet light. i tried an auto setup, it said PPOE and i entered User: anything@skydsl Password: anything and it said wrong credentials

I have just moved and have sky fibre with the BT ONT. Am i able to connect the XR500 direct to the ONT and get rid of the sky hub? And if so, what are the steps please

I have pure vpn, and i would like to use it for my nest hub. At the moment my nest wifi is coming from the duma as i use that for wifi and the duma for hard wired such as ps4 etc. How do i set up so the vpn works for the nest wfif?

ok so i have tried wired and it work fine. i also tried connecting my ps4 to wireless and that has the same wifi issues but works fine on ethernet

200mb and every other devise on ethernet is fine

its wireless as no wired upstairs yeah i tried diabling it and nothing still

i set it to never in the qos settings

it seems to be both. Like theres no connection basically

its only getting 0.004mb

so im having issues with the wifi but its only affecting the xbox. i have tried restarting everything and turning off QOS etc and nothing seems to work HELP!!
