Thanks for your help it seems it is a game bug and nothing to do with the network I tried what you said and couldn't find any blocked servers so I tried unplugging the R1 and after a few games I got the error again so it must have just been coincidence that it happened when I used the R1 and didn't without I think if I had tried for longer without I would have got the error and wouldn't have wasted your time again thanks very much for your help

Hi don't know if it is a bug or not but if I try to connect with my R1 router with the android app it says platform not supported even though on the login screen and also on the app details in the play store it says the R1 is supported

Okey dokey thanks I will have a look later tonight when I am back on

It is an error in the game and I didn't think it would be the router either but it only happens when I use the geofilter if I stop filtering it doesn't happen I am wondering if it is blocking a needed server as it plays the match just fine but then errors after the match has ended when it shows the xp earned and stuff I have over 200gb free on console it might not even have anything to do with memory as such maybe just a generic error code
-
I have my R1 setup just for myself so I can use the geofilter for mw2 and after every game I get a memory error 19-1367 if I connect to my normal router this doesn't happen is anyone else having this issue I am on xbox series s I am not using any other function of the r1 just the geofilter

i know you and liam aren't ignoring it as you are constantly asking for it be fixed just as we are. but this has been an issue for a long time now and update after update has come out without the issue being fixed even with you asking the team to fix it at every release
-
yeah and kinda the point of a beta is to test and FIX things that are not working not ignore a problem that's been there since the first duamos 3.0 firmware rendering the router completely useless to anyone who plays on xbox and pc
-
no i haven't tried it yet and wont until at least somebody comes on here and says xbox chat is working as it is too much hassle to shut everybodies internet off to update router then downgrade it to original firmware again when it doesn't work especially with a family my size it will be hell on earth
-
has the Xbox party chat been fixed in this firmware or has it at least been investigated surely a workaround is possible e.g. opening certain ports or something. without Xbox party chat it makes the r1 completely useless for a large portion of owners and in my opinion should be given priority

Like how you say at the moment lol

Virgin media don't use bt they have their own network unfortunately it depends what area you live in for me it is excellent but i know for other areas it can be poor
-
What's the difference
-
You could try powerline adapters
-
Port forwarding ports 1-65535 would surely open your router up to threats or am I wrong or is it safe to do so if it's udp only
