  1. @rvndo this is all new technology and obviously there will be bugs here and there. But I’m sure the Netduma team are working very hard behind the scenes to get everything sorted. I’d prefer them to take their time and come out with quality updates, rather than rushing and have lots of small ones but this is only my opinion.
  2. @euphidraIf you use DMZ you shouldn't need to Port Forward as it opens up all ports to the device in DMZ. This would be your best option in my view and a lot easier than entering all the ports in for forwarding. You can have DMZ and UPNP on at the same time but I wouldn't do port forwarding as that may cause conflicts. I think UPNP still has some issues in firmware .41 so DMZ would be your best go. The team are looking into UPNP and other reported issues so hopefully next firmware will have lots of fixes/improvements.
  3. In port forwarding port forward port 3074 in the R3 save it and reboot the R3 and you’ll have open nat. Once you rebooted the R3 also reboot Xbox and it will be fixed.
  4. @Netduma FraserI had this happen to me in .41 and after a short while it said connected it wasn't as quickly as it was in .23. Appears to have happened in .40 and 41.
  5. @ivanreiI play from Australia and we had the same issue and couldn't join parties in cod yesterday and tonight also I believe this for us was a cod issue with the game.
  6. Hi Chritalia you can download the latest firmware from this post below; Once you download it from the R3 click on the 3 lines scroll down select settings, then scroll down again select trouble shooting then upload firmware. If the update fails reboot the R3 then repeat the above process and it will update.
  7. @brado7894 kills that’s how the R3 rolls now that’s what I call a revolution 🔥🔥🔥🔥🥇👊🏻
  8. It is good most of the features work great with some bugs here and there still a great peace of hardware/software mate.
  9. In my opinion the R3 is still miles above any other router in its current status. My hit detection in games has been great and even on high ping servers gaming feels way better than it ever has.
  10. Hi Everyone, I have been seeing some pretty strong and very pointed feedback regarding the R3 and some of the bugs. Please keep in mind this is very new technology from the Netduma team and with new technology there can and will be bugs sometimes. I understand some people can get frustrated and upset but we should always provide constructive feedback; and provide as much information as possible with your feedback. The Netduma Team are doing their best to address issues and provide firmware updates in very short turnaround much quicker compared to the R2 &1. Some bugs and issues might be more complex to solve than others so if you update your firmware you can also downgrade if you wish and then wait for more stable firmware. When new firmware comes out it has to be tested and in some cases some fixes might cause another issue so please be patient. The team is doing their best; and want everyone to have the best possible gaming experience with their Netduma products and this hasn't changed since the R1. Happy gaming everyone; and thanks to the Netduma Team for all their hard work and updates they have released for the R3 so far 😀✌️
  11. Hi once you have loaded into the game have you tried un-selecting geo latency?
  12. Some bugs but it will be resolved and you’ve made a great purchase 😀👊🏻
  13. Do you have IPV6 enabled on Wan & Lan as I found this helped me?
  14. What is your internet setup? i.e. ISP modem, R3, pc, consoles etc?
  15. Click on this link and then download the R3 latest firmware which is V4.0.23 https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/ Once you have download the firmware from the main R3 Page click on the three lines in the top left hand corner scroll down to trouble shooting and then select upload firmware. If the update doesn't work the first time for you. Reboot your R3 and then follow the above steps and it should update fine.
