  1. Yes. I thought it was a bad router, but now i have a new router but same issue.
  2. By drop i mean kicking all wireless devices off. We can still see it under connection settings but cannot connect until i rest the router. I did change the channel but issue still persists.
  3. How do I interdace with the modem? It does not have a wireless connection. My previous wireless router had the opposite issue: wired connection would drop but wireless would stay on, now my wired connection stays on but my wireless drops. Should i connect the previous router to my netduma and use that for wireless and keep netduma on wired only? I hope not.
  4. Yes I changed my channel to the best one (11) its near my desktop (wirelessly connected to internet but it's always off. Yes every wireless device gets disconnected. As for modem im not sure because I don't know how to interface with it.
  5. Welp fellas it was good while it lasted. But again my wireless dropped out but my wired console was still running smooth. What's the next step kind sir?
  6. Hi! Yes I did try everything on that guide. So far I have not had a drop out yet. My isp is spectrum my modem is an arris. My next step if it does dropout again will be to rearrange furniture. After scanning my area im starting to think it might be interferance from neighbors devices. Btw I appreciate your response. Its far beyond talking to an operator whos only going off a rehearsed checklist.
  7. Im having this issue also.I tryed suggestions, faq knowledgebase and now im here. Im considering a refund because this is the exact issue that led me to buying the router. My ps4 is wired in no drops in connectivity. But wireless is spotty. IDs it possible the issue is my isp hub? If so how can i fix it? Its annoying being tethered down to the router just so I can reset it. Please advise.
