  1. @big dog i ordered it when i had 1500ms bufferbloat but my isp sent me an updated variant and i now have no bufferbloat, also the money doesnt bother me especially considering i got it for 50 euro. i was going to buy a 200+ quid nighthawk instead of the outdated duma and then noticed they are combining forcez hence my interest in that. and as for you general attitude to my general attitude, well it seems clear that the netduma is nothing more than good marketing unless you have a sub 10 meg adsl connection, which i think shouldnt be allowed to game online anyway but thats a different discussion.
  2. hi not a bad reply but it didnt really answer my question, perhaps i should phrase my main point more straight forward. if i have 100 meg up and down and 1ms ping locally and 5 ms to microsofts servers and only use 1 device on the network, ie for this example the xbox one, wired via cat 6. Is your router going to provide better gaming, taking into account that your geo filter doesnt work on my main games. Vs my isp router that now has 0 bufferbloat and is a gigabit router.
  3. Hi i just got an R1 a week ago but its been sitting in the box. long story short, had buffer bload, isp sent new router, now have AAAA on dsrl test and all is good. My question, does the netduma do anything besides your basic qos to stop bufferbloat. Not to disrespect your work guys but if its just a router that has QOS and region filter that doesnt work on many new xbox games like gears of war, is there any point in me switching out my isp router for this ancient looking ibm windows 95 style hardware. I bought it to test before getting the new netduma nighthawk but it doesnt seem clear on wether it does actually do anything special in terms of gaming routers or if its just your basic qos router i could get for 20 quid except it has a decent gui and amazing marketing. pardon my bluntness its just im of the opinion that if you actually had something here it would be listed or spoken about somewhere and from the looks of things this is just an ok router designed to get the best out of adssl 10 megs. if its worth it in anyway could you please mention somewhere on your website why?, and take into account i dont even mean the price tag here, i have the router i just mean if its worth the 20 minute setup?
