No offence mate but it's nothing to do with the hub. I've used 3 other routers with it without an issue. And wont be plugging it back in for any more messing about, t get the same result as everyone else with the same issue. Thanks bye

It was in modem mode i haven't had the router on for almost a week and was going to sell it as can't return now. was just hoping there was a firmware fix or patch or something before i do. On a personal note mate that's the 2nd router I've bought from you guys. xr500 and R2. Both broken as soon as i bought them .Now i can tell by your reply that there isn't a quick fix I've got a family mate and don't have free cash to throw about. GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK MATE

It happens to everything in the house but lights stay on. Needs a reboot

Hi I've had the R2 for about a month and had to stop using it as I'm getting random disconnects on my Xbox series x anywhere from 5 to 20 a day. This has happened on the previous firmware and the most recent firmware. I'm with virgin broadband. I've performed multiple factory resets on both firmware's and gave static and non static ip on router side then tried Xbox side. I've also changed the ethernet cable and tried a different port. As soon as i change back to my other router it stops. Is this a known issue? if so can you link me the fix? Thanks

Might also want to let people know before they buy that there's a waiting list for games to be in working order! but there's no timeline because you're busy with duma os lol what a joke that was! so much for the cloud update i could'nt find a single game for a half hour! unplugged netduma went straight to modem BOOM 15 seconds i get a game with a guy 200 miles away wtf! ask a question get 10 back all smoke and mirror to hide the fact that the router itself is a piece of low quality junk! but the reply he's too busy with os to add any new games for me was the nail in the coffin for you guys! anybody who buys the netduma will tell you they bought it for the geo filter and not the quality and when you're told the developers to busy right now to maintain the router because they busy with os pfffffff come on seriously NO REPLY WHEN ASKED A TIMESCALE

well netduma is back in the box and getting put on ebay absolute farce cant even get a game now using this terrible terrible router as soon as i swap over AGAIN for the 300th time it works flawless you guys are just interested is sails plain and simple absolutely pathetc piece of junk
