I tested detailed network statistics on my Xbox one. I am getting a 74ms latency when I have geofilter enabled and a 45ms when I take it off my Xbox why??? It used to be 29ms with geofilter enabled.
I need instructions. my power light is just blinking. I used the button top right hand corner of interface. I’ve followed all instructions on netgear support website still can’t get it
HELP Trying to do the upgrade thru TFTP and the directions it saying is Connect a PC wired to router and set it to have a static IP address (example 192.168.1.10). how do I do that thru the router with no access?
No didn’t try Big Dogs suggestion. I looked on netgear support page and read that you were not supposed to update using the button in the top right hand corner of the interface as Fraser said above. Would have been great to get a message or warning on the interface before. Because I don’t look on netgear support page daily. Now I have to go through these steps to get it back going again hopefully. https://kb.netgear.com/22688/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP
*Note to everyone do not upgrade using the button in the top right hand corner of the interface
Interface on my laptop has been saying
upgrade in progress
Your router is about to update.please do not switch off. It will reconnect shortly. For like an hour
Occasionally while I am playing I get 12 to 16ms ping and then it jumps to 60 or 70 then back down to 12 to 16 in the graph at the bottom of the geo filter is that normal or would you consider that a ping spike?
Thanks Netduma Fraser i followed everything you said and probably got one of the best connections/hit detections ever in ww2. Sorry for the 3 post I am new to forums and didn't see if my topic went through thanks for all the info and a fast response. I'm getting about 12 to 16ms ping in the geo filter connected to a dedicated server is that good or can it be better.
