  1. Just wanted to post and let you guys know that I have received my replacement unit and everything is working great! You can close this thread now thanks
  2. Not before my 14 day return ends, I think I'll just return it and get another one. I've heard nothing but great things about this router, so im willing to give it another chance, the potential benefits are well worth it in my mind
  3. I don't really know anything about PPPoE, when i connect my PC to Netduma via wired, i get no internet, when I run the troubleshooter it says "Ethernet couldn't find valid ip configuration or something like that. ARRIS - DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - White is the one i was going to setup again, but i may just return this router and wait for the credit and buy it again. As I would have to have comcast setup this modem and it would be past my return date. I've also tried ARRIS>Linksys>R1 that didnt work either
  4. Any other ideas? I'm going to try to get my old modem setup and report back
  5. Just tried it again same result, the wireless light on the duma isn't lit up
  6. The netduma just isn't receiving a signal, it keeps saying "server unavailable try again later". When I first connect by wirelss it says internet unavailable with netduma r1
  7. I have it in bridge mode, didn't help at all
  8. yes i can see a WAN IP in the device manager, however the when i connect wirelessly to the netduma homepage the twitter feed doesnt load, i have not yet had success connecting to the homepage via wired connection. Ive been trying to get this router up and running for a week now, its unfortunate.
  9. Im at work currently so I wont be to do anything until like 10pm-11pm your time lol I have already tried putting the Arris into bridge mode but that didn't help still no internet, I have also tried disabling the 2.4 ghz wireless signal on my Linksys router but that was also unsuccessful. However I will give it a try again and see what happens, its entirely possible, even probable that I didn't do something correctly
  10. Great, now I feel like an idiot... Thanks
  11. Sure, ill do it when I get home from work, it seems to be a common problem thanks to windows updates, I may just need to reinstall windows 10. Is the device manager something that needs to be accessed to make the R1 work for those with a Hybrid modem/router setup?
  12. Firewall was disabled when I got this error This error came up when I tried to go to device manager to see a WAN IP
  13. I still am unable to get internet with the r1, I can't access device manager for some reason its blocked by mmc.exe
