  1. I installed 4.0.20, and this behavior still occurs (which I expected since it wasn't in the patch notes). Just wanted to keep you updated.
  2. Yes, when clients are on the same frequency/network no traffic is passed.
  3. I don't want client isolation but it is doing it anyway.
  4. I did not see an on/off toggle for SmartBoost, but I removed all items from the list and the behavior is the same.
  5. I am having all kinds of trouble reconfiguring WiFi connected devices that require setup through a cell phone. I believe I have discovered the problem, which is that there seems to be client isolation set within the same frequency's network. It's possible I'm blind, but I don't see a setting for this anywhere. I have verified this by segregating the WiFi networks and pinging the devices in question from my phone (IPs pulled from Device Manager). From 2.4 GHz to 2.4 GHz, no traffic is passed but when I connect the phone to 5 GHz it is suddenly able to ping and device setup completes. I can't ping in the other direction, as these other devices are smart home devices and have no console. I have further tested this by running a constant ping from my phone to a laptop and switching between the two networks. As soon as the laptop connects to the other network, pings start coming back. Networks in question are the secured networks, not the guest networks. Where can this be turned off?
  6. I am running an XR500 on 2.3.2.56, where I have noticed that a connected device that is actively generating download traffic shows as offline and using zero bandwidth. This makes me question whether the router is doing this for more than just this device, specifically when I may want to track down a device that is consuming unexpected bandwidth. Please advise.
  7. Exceptions appear to be enabled. There's really no other options that I can see, so I'm not sure what's wrong. https://imgur.com/a/W1sFD The board seems to be eating the attachment, not sure why.
  8. Any help on this? I was previously using a pihole for DNS. I thought that this might have been the problem, so I changed DNS back to the Netduma. This seemed to work for a few days, but it is back to ignoring my exceptions.
  9. I've got my VPN set up and connected successfully, but it appears that VPN exceptions are being ignored. I enabled Google services including Youtube, but I can no longer stream 1080p60 without buffering every few seconds. Disabling the VPN for this system restores streaming speeds to normal. Gmail also reports that it is going through my VPN provider (I'm assuming that Gmail is included in Google services). For testing, I added a manual exception for www.google.com and visted https://www.google.com/get/videoqualityreport/. That page still showed my VPN provider instead of my ISP.
