Interesting, this is the exact same issue that I am having. The NetDuma Mikrotik Router seems to be in some sort of passthrough mode, where it is not functioning as a router at all. I have been trying to solve this problem myself as I have only had the NetDuma for about a year.. and for $200 it does not seem like it should already be failing hardware wise. I am however definitely continuing to look into a solution on my end to allow router functionality again. Just as mentioned by the OP no matter how long you hold the res button it does not do anything. Now the difference for me from the OP is that I don't have wireless access to the router on my end.
