I reset my virgin router and I’ve managed to get access to internet from r2 only wired wi fi is dead and not working. I still cannot access r2 interface. These are the lights that are on

As the title says I cannot access the interface I’ve no internet (I’m using virgin and that’s working fine) I’ve tried reseting router using button on the back hold down 30 seconds and this hasn’t worked still can’t access user interface I thought I’d factory reset this way. Please help

Will this fix the issue off devices going of line multiple times a day and loss of internet WiFi and lan . I’m getting fed up with rebooting and reconnecting devices

I rebooted router and this has fixed my problem

This is exactly my problem (I should of explained my problem better) I can’t get a internet connection on the deleted devices when I try to reconnect them.

I removed offline devices and now I can’t reconnect them. Any ideas how to reconnect them. R2

R2 geo filter won’t let me add devices . The list of devices come up but wont let me select one. (As if it is freezing) I’m using my iPad to access as I don’t have pc/laptop. Can any one help

Hi so I went to my neighbors I tried it on there router in normal and modem mode still have same problem no internet. I did notice that it didn’t recognise that the host router wasn’t in modem mode you normally get a message stating that

Still no connection when hub isn’t in modem either as you described and yes I’m use if Cat6 going to try your other suggestion now I tried this and still nothing

No wan ip In device manager and it is disabled sorry how to I add a screen shot

When I set the hub to modem mode and use my laotop I have internet access as soon as I put the duma into the setup I have no internet access at all including WiFi . When I purchased the Duma I followed the set up instructions to a tee everything was good then it just stopped working everything connected was showing it was connected but no internet access
