  1. On the first netduma it was very unforgiving if I did not click the geo filter before starting the game (black ops 3--ps4) it would do the same thing, I had to do a factory reset to fix the problem
  2. I bought another netduma because i am having trouble with speeds that have not been resolved yet on the first one, the new netduma doesn't have speed problems but is having problems switching screens it just takes forever to switch to one screen to the other, this is getting pretty old
  3. Well normally I average 3rd (bo3-ps4) with netduma, since at the present time I am having problems with the netduma I am using a regular router, and I am at the bottom almost every game, seems throttling to 15m down and 1 up really helps what are you thoughts on that? are there official recommended settings for a netduma for (bo3-ps4) Okay I have the new modem you suggested installed ---I lowered my speed to 100/10 and still have the same problem? alright guys where are you at, I am getting killed here, its Saturday night you should be online
  4. Thanks for your help last night, the new modem will be here tomorrow and then I will update. Without the netduma on black ops 3 ps4 the opponent is already shooting at me when I see them it sucks, where do you guys recommend buying another netduma, I need one for another location
  5. That is what I am thinking I have team viewer
  6. I have 200 and 20 tested to make sure, but when I put the netduma in the loop I get 5 and 5 I have done the following, i used to be able to unplug for an hour and get it to work for a couple hours, I have tried everything that people have sugested Follow this precisely: Input your speeds 200/20, don't allow auto setup. Use reactive algorithm 100% anti-flood Share excess on Reset device prioritization and apply IPv6 disabled in WAN, LAN & misc. Deep packet processing disabled in misc Turbo ticked in misc (go back and enable Super turbo as well if speeds aren't higher after completing these steps) Ensure all devices are connected to the R1 via Ethernet or wifi (if wifi make sure they don't automatically connect to your ISP hub) Do a wired speed test from your PC (ensure your PC is capable of gigabit speeds - check for drivers) but still the speeds are 5 and 5, no problems until last week that I noticed, seems these problems are only fixed on a 1 on 1 bases, any help would be appreciated
  7. How do i get one on one? no matter what I do now I have 6 up and 6 down------ I really would like to get this fixed
  8. 3 hours of playing I am back to 5/5 noticed the game lagging so checked, so what do you suggest? is there a modem that i should ask my provider for?
  9. mine is not on the list? but I did unplug the netduma for an hour and now it works again?
  10. I didn't, I put in 200/20 and i tried that also---dg1670a arris
