  1. I ended up switching back to a Linksys Router a friend recommended and it seemed to have resolved my problems. Not sure why I couldn't do it on the Netduma but it doesn't seem to be able to handle speeds over 250Mbps. I will try it again when the new OS comes out. Thanks for your assistance.
  2. Fraser, I will have time today 7/31/17 around 3:30-4:00PM EST. Not sure what time zone you're in. Going to also post this in the 1 on 1 section as asked.
  3. Still nothing but im giving it a bit before i test it again. Its not capping at a specific point its just not going any higher than 300. Its as if the modem limits the speed to the router. Its beyond frustrating right now.
  4. Is there anyway to setup Netduma to use the following VPN protocols? L2TP, SSTP, Ikev2, PPTP? I have the ddos protected VPN through PureVPN and it doesn't support using OpenVPN. Thats why it wasnt working but I did get the other ones to work. If it doesn't have the support will the new DumaOS have the support? I also have had no luck with getting my internet to the correct speeds. Out of 480Mbps I only see 200Mb - 300Mb. I've tried a new modem, cabling and everything. The only way I get the full speed is from directly connecting to my modem. I took a bunch of screenshots of the configuration for you. Images: http://imgur.com/a/MWaPQ Please let me know if there is anything or something else I could use to test. All tests were done using a wired connection with CAT6 shielded.
  5. I have all those settings right but still can't get past 300Mbps. I actually am starting to believe it's not the router or cabling. Even though my modem hits 480Mbps directly connected to it using the same wire I'm using for the router I'm thinking it's a modem problem. I use an Arris SB8200 DOCSIS3.1 modem. I replaced my router for the reason it was slow and wanted to test and see what the netduma can really do. I have found a few topics relating to the Arris modems where when connected to a router you don't get the speeds you'd get from the modem. I heard the Netgear CM1000 works very well so figured I'd pick one up after work and hopefully see improvement if not I can always return it. As to the VPN configuration I'm not sure what I'm doing with that. I have the PureVPN service with the added ddos protection. I will have to contact there support to get the openvpn configuration and post it back unless someone here knows it and I can fill in the blanks. I want the VPN for my XBOX only as I play a lot wagers and almost once a week I get hit offline. (This thread may help me - http://forum.netduma.com/topic/17531-purevpn-setup-help-request/) I will try it later and report back.
  6. Hello, I recently switched to netduma for the nice VPN feature and for a little bit more control over my network. My internet speed is 500Mbps Down/15Mbps Up. (Hopefully my upload speed changes soon it's frustrating me.) When I updated to this my speed doesn't get close to where it should be ~300Mbps. I have yet been able to meet my actual cable speed of 500Mbps, yes I know I won't get what I pay for but I get about 480Mbps directly connected to my modem. I've gone through a few threads on here... Article - http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022366-why-is-my-connection-speed-lower- and a few other topics that sort of resort to all the same ones from this original one. I'm unable to get my speed any higher. Is there something I am missing?? I also have a PureVPN account and haven't been able to get the config right in order to use that for only my XBOX1. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've used the same cables and changed cables while testing. Whenever I add any router into the equation this happens. My old router did the same it was a Linksys 1900AC v1.
