  1. It still says "No Internet, Secured" after the factory reset of the bell router.
  2. That was on the Bell router interface The netduma doesn't show for connected devices My WAN IP doesn't show on the netduma interface but I did DMZ beforehand and it used my wan IP and if I go on my ISP hub it shows the wan IP from before
  3. Sorry for late reply, I dont see a Wan Ip, static is disabled and I turned them both off waited 10 second turned my USB hub back and waited 30 sec for the Netduma and there's no Wan IP still and it still says "No Internet, Secured" :/
  4. The only thing I see on WAN settings is that my network mode is DHCP and I can switch to PPPoE it doesn't give me a username and password
  5. I've tried rebooting it from the settings, I'm with Bell Canada and my nat is type 2
  6. The WiFi connection shows up on my devices and I can connect to it but it doesn't work, on my PC it says "connection secured, no internet" also to enable PPPoE is there a specific username and password I use, how do I do that? I connected my laptop to my netduma with an Ethernet cable and the same thing happens
  7. I've had my netduma for a while with no issues but it recently stopped working, the WiFi symbol doesn't light up but the PWR light does, I can connect to it and access the home page but the connection itself doesn't work. Does anybody know what the problem might be?
