Hi fraser thank you for the reply. 1) so would you say its seomthing for the team to look at? i understand with any new software there would be teething problems so i get it might not take a while for it to be sorted 2) usually i would go on the expert tab set my target ping then close the tab down or go back on to a diffrent menu, is there a specific way i should go about using it like an apply setting button or what not?

Hi again just expanding on my original post I downloaded the firmware. 23 and factory reset as advised by Fraser and re set up the router but I notice there's still some issues. 1) when I'm playing EAFC the steady ping doesn't show up its there keeps saying waiting for host and almost like it keeps refreshing, is this a case of EAFC isn't supported by steady ping or is it a bug? 2) this issue sort of similar to the first and although I have read and watched YouTube about what steady ping actually does could a dev offer a bit more in depth explanation? As my understanding is if on expert mode and you set the target ping to 50ms then your ping artificially increases to that? but what I'm finding is on the graph my base ping fluctuating between 15-20 then steady ping goes to 25 and stays in line witch I presume is what it's designed for but if so why is it not increasing to 50ms like my target ping is set at? hi there before i start i just want to say i recently purchased the net duma R3 and so far I'm really impressed and the software is immense so hats of to the team, especially after owning the R1 and xr500 although these are good routers the difference is night and day. i have a issue though, when i use the steady ping it don't show up on the dashboard. it just says waiting for host (playing EAFC and APEX for refence) are these games supported with steady ping? if they are would this issue be resolved by upgrading the firmware to .23? if so could i please have the download link? again hats of to the team on a mighty piece of equipment thank you

yeah i was just playing seasons not ultimate team on fifa 20 and after you have a game you can check the opponents record and it also states where the location is by showing a flag of which country their based and this opponent was from the uk, but according to the geo filter it was diffrent as you can see, do you think maybe the game forced me onto a server/peer in that location? but if thats the case then the geo filter isnt doing its job correclty!

any info regarding this? and yeah i was testing some settings at this times. so you reagrding the pings is it bad or good?

hello alex thank you for a reply yes ping assist is off, and scrict mode on, weird thing is on fifa when i checked the opponent after the game it sayed he was from the uk but clealry accoring to the netduma that was incorrect, it wasnt a mislocted peer/server as it had over 100ms ping and as you can imagine the game was laggy, maybe geo filter software needs looking at?

hey guys any reason why geo filter isnt working for fifa 20? i have srict mode on and ping filter disabled but yet m getting matched to an opponent from the middle east with over 100ms ping?

hi guys after dowmloading the fifa 20 demo i have notcied thier is more servers located in my region, which is europe as im from the uk, servers pop up in france, london, ireland and also germany, where as fifa 19 i was only getting one loacted in germany. i dont no if the devs want to do some testing for cloud updates etc :)

hello jack yeah all devices are connected to duma, and wifi is off on sky hub, like i say i have followed all recomendations according to the wiki pages but still no joy! yes all gaming devices are hard wired and so is my laptop when performing speedtests, pingplotter, etc also have tried giving my gaming device more band width allocation but again still no joy

good morning fraser thank you for your response i mean it looks good when im not using the line but for some reason i cant seem to hone in a decent setting for me, i have tried the recommended 70/70 but it dont seem to get me a stable ping when downloading or watching youtube, twitch etc, i have also tried tinkering with my own settings but to no avail, my speeds are skys bb, on adsl line at 20down and only 1.2 up measly i know but i avoid using vigin been there and all im saying is horrendus and i cant get fibre in my area unfotunatly, so if theres anything you can reccomend im all ears thank you

hi again fraser i think i sorted uploading photo, this was only a 5 minute trace with nothing on the line with qos at 100 each way, i currently cant do much testing tonight as work calls for me tommorow the joys, would it be possible for someone to possibly do a 1 on 1 or have a look at my settings and try to configure something as im just stuck in a rut on what settings i need to stop having lag and delay when gaming thank you
