You can delete offline devices in Device Manager by clicking on the 3 button menu then Delete Offline Devices. You can also change the names for your devices in Device Manager so you can keep track of them easier
-
Hi, @Netduma Fraserwill be able to advise you on this. He is extremely busy but don’t worry he will get to you as soon as he can
-
If you reboot the R3 then update immediately does it work then?
-
Do you see any servers being blocked on the geo-filter when you check the NAT? If you do could you provide its ID so the team can whitelist it?
-
I would expect that a post will be created when the FW releases. @Netduma Fraserwill be able to confirm
-
Correct, it’s the same FW
-
There isn't a release date for HVPN at the moment, you won't be able to get it early I'm afraid

The team are aware that Speedtest and ping optimiser are not 100% reliable and are working to solve the issues. For the moment I would suggest running a test on speedtest.net and entering your speeds manually then manually adjusting your Congestion Control sliders in Ping Optimiser > Advanced
-
Do you have SmartBoost enabled? as you can't adjust the sliders when it is disabled

I expect this might be a matchmaking server that the game needs to connect to or it’s incorrectly located. If you could post its ID @Netduma Fraser will be able to confirm
