I have not bought the game, and currently breathing a sigh of relief...... Well, my wallet is!
In my opinion it is laughable that there has been a COD release, yet again with connection/server problems.
Now, I can only base my opinion on what I am reading on this forum, but have not seen a truly positive report on the game. It could be that there are forum members really enjoying the game on their particular platform.
If so then give us fence sitters a taste of your experience. I am still considering buying it, maybe after the new year when it's had a while to get rid of the issues, but then again maybe not...........
i ain't over impressed with the multiplayer aspect of ww2 cod with the buggy servers as it stands at the moment......but the campaign is brilliant and breathtaking.....the normandy landing blew me away!!!!!
I think the scenes from "Saving Privtate Ryan" are phenomenal
Well this is the first November I have NOT bought a COD title........ And surprisingly enough I have survived!
Even by better half was gobsmacked........ She locked up all the crockery, told the grandkids to stay away, left the dog with neighbours,
But I have been fine, no cold sweats, no palpitations, no twitching, well only a little bit, but the Medes have sorted that.
So I don't know what all the fuss is about.............. Sound of whistling fading away........
Hi, welcome to the forum
When you say it's not working, how exactly do you mean? If you still have the lights flashing, but can't reset it, have you unplugged it and tried it again.
It would help if you could explain in what way it's not working, as that would help people to understand the problem and offer a solution.
As with previous games etc it's all down to personal choice. Some people are having a good experience, others less so. I think if you have not been a fan of the advanced movements, and I wasn't, I never leaped/jumped about it might feel similar to the previous games.
I think that is why I have been seriously underwhelmed by it all and at the moment have no inclination to order/buy
Hi Speedy, and welcome to the forum
Who is your ISP, is it Virgin? You should have it in modem mode and the Netduma connected to the Virgin SH and your devices connected to the Netduma.
I used to be on Virgin, and had the same set up with no problems. If I remember correctly when you put the SH in modem mode connect the Netduma and reboot the Netduma.
As for your computer being on, once you decide on your settings in congestion control etc and save them just ensure that the cookies is ticked in the miscellaneous settings.
Hope this helps
The Netduma will NOT increase any lag you may be experiencing. Ensure you put the speeds your ISP says you are getting into the Congestion control on your R1.
Use one of the specific speed testers like Ookla for your speed tests and do it a few times to get an idea what you are getting.
Have you got t it set up correctly, ISP>Netduma>devices, on the miscellaneous page you should untick IVp6 .
If you look at the Wiki pages on the forum there are tutorials to show you how to set it up for your speeds etc.
