  1. awesome thanks Fraser, I'll try it this weekend, glad u guys are on top of this!
  2. Trust me I've rebooted several times. I posted a follow-up question regarding MAC addresses in this thread, hope you could answer, thanks Fraser!
  3. perhaps...I searched a little deeper for directions to setting up the Actiontec MI424WR as a bridge. one of the last steps requires me to swap MAC addresses between the Actiontec and the Netduma. seems easy enough. question, will the Netduma still work if the MAC address changes? if Verion thinks the Netduma is the Actiontec, would there be any problems with the Netduma geofilter or any other capability?
  4. so after a day of tinkering I decided to reset everything and start fresh, along with turning my ISP modem/router into a bridge. after successfully doing the bridge conversion, I connect via both cat5 and wifi, and there is no internet. the Netduma was totally reset using the paperclip button method. what can I do to fix this?
  5. yes but it didn't show this when I configured it for the first time. thanks I'll update when I reconfigure. would you happen to know if the Verizon Actontec MI424-WR(used as a bridge) is compatible with netduma?
  6. ok thanks Fraser. when I first set it up, all seemed good even with port forwarding in place on my ISP router. but I started tinkering around like an idiot and now in device manager, it says I'm connected to another router. I'm going to start all over and hard reset everything. I have the instructions to make my ISP router into a bridge, etc etc, because I am not sure what exactly I screwed up lol. I can still get into and play cod/iw games but it's definitely not optimized. thanks again!
  7. just configured, running now, it appears to be working..strange lobbies in IW...lvl1's with an odd MP13 or P8 scattered about. going to test a bit more...
  8. thanks, yes I'm getting Nat type 2 open currently, I'm about to connect my Netduma now.
  9. I forwarded ports for IW on my original router. when I connect the Netduma, should I delete these portforwards? I was studying the setup instructions and got to "enable upnp" and was a bit worried.
  10. haha thanks..looking forward to getting it rocked out.
  11. hi guys glad to find this forum. as I type, my Netduma is on my front porch waiting to get ripped into. play primarily Infinite Warfare which sometimes leads to Infinite Tears. Excited to get the Netduma started!
