  1. I am having occasional slowdowns of my wired Xbox one connection. I use ATT Uverse with 20Mbps/2Mbps, I have my xbox one hardwired to my modem/router and have opened all the necessary ports and created a static IP address. I have an "open" NAT. I use google DNS. When things are functioning properly the xbox network test yields 20 Up and 1.4 down. When I experience slowdowns in game, this same test shows 1-2 Mbps Down, less than 1 Up. When I use speedtest.net on my phone which is connected by WiFi it shows normal download speeds of 20 up and ~2 down during the slowdowns, suggesting it is something with the wired connection to my xbox one. The slowdowns would happen every 30 minutes or so. I tried disabling IPv6 and this seemed to decrease the frequency of the slowdowns. Now happens once every 1-2 hours. I only notice the slowdowns when gaming on xbox one, as streaming videos or long downloads do not seem to have the problem (or I don't notice a problem). The slowdown lasts from 30sec to 4 minutes then goes back to normal. Thanks in advance for your help.
