Okay so now that I'm trying different servers. I get multiple random errors. The most common error i see NOTE: the current-- script- if its not that its the "failed try again in 5 seconds error" I keep restarting the router. that page didn't help :/ **update** after trying the 11th server i get a new error in the VPN log" TCP connection established" (still not successfully connecting and saying :failed to communicate with router

So I did exactly what you told me to do and I am still getting the "failed to communicate with router" error. I restarted, retyped in all the info (Username, PW) and still the same exact error

okay so I think I did this correctly and I still get the "failed to communicate with router" error & Yes I am using Hide my ass. The VPN config- link, what do I do with that? All these servers/numbers/letters/computer talk is confusing lol ** The google chrome was still being slow only on the VPN page so i just switched over to Firefox and its running smoothly.**

I just setup my Netduma router and everything is working fine except the VPN. issue 1- Whenever I click on VPN on the left hand side, it goes to the page and then the google chrome web address box says "not secure" stating that I shouldn't use any sensitive information on this page. the VPN page also runs very very slow, unlike the rest of the pages. issue 2. Before issue 1 was a problem, I would enter my username and password for the VPN service and I would get an error saying "can't communicate with the router" or something like that. What info do y'all need to so I can get this VPN service up and running:) Thanks!

Yes. I have the Time Warner Cable Modem and I have the ethernet cable in the first port going into the first port of my Netduma R1. I restarted my internet completely and connected a second ethernet cable from Port 2 of the Netduma to my PC. Also, setting up the wifi portion of the netduma to connect to the Netduma. I get the DNS error and I restarted everything 3 times so I'm stuck on step 5. Thanks for helping! I can't wait to get the netduma fully operational. l'll be going through the guide after this post is sent:) -
I don't recommend this router at all. Sooooooo many issues in my opinion

Yeah..... so I am new to this "Netduma" router and I have nothing but issues to even get it started up. I followed the "simple directions" and I keep getting the "your DNS server might be unavailable" any help?
