Idk what happened but my geofilter interface wont load and my browser would say it timed out. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I don't know what happened but when i restarted my computer and opened up my web browser to go to the Geofilter screen it wont load the interface and just say it's taking too long and it timed out. Does anyone know how to revolve this situation?
