Kind of reminds me when they gave us the run around when the duma OS was released, then they announced we got a deal with Netgear, sorry R1 owners got a wait a few more months. I would not be surprised that Netgear drops DUMA OS very soon/

It actually plays better, Had my best 10 game stretch using the ROG rapture Gtx6000. I could only get about 850M download speeds with the Xr1000 and now I get 950M, my full bandwidth I am paying for. The GUI is also 10 times faster. TBH the geo filter would only work half the time for me. I had it set for 20ms lobbies and would end up get 60ms lobbies all the time. match making is getting smarter with COD, not sure if the geo filter is a thing anymore.

LOL just buy an asus rog rapture router. Duma same old song and dance. Good intent but just can't deliver from day 1.

If you need to ppoe or vlan tagging, I would send it back. They are not able to get qos to work in over 2 years and I doubt that is going to change.
-
That's bad business , no company just wants to sell you one router or anything for that matter and that's it. They want you to keep buying their products. I'm guessing is ppoe and ipv6 still doesn't work with qos.

Frazer, To clarify so when making you own rules it is best to use source 1-65535 and 1024 - 65535 or source 1024-65535 to 1-65535? Also when you want to prioritize specific ports do you recommend specific port for source or destination and then use 1-65535 for the other range? TIA

Hate to be negative here but I would be shocked if the sliders QOS will ever work with ppoe or ipv6. Google it, even since the OG netduma came out they had issues with it not working with ppoe or ipv6. I have a ppoe connection as well but I kind of gave up hope on it ever working. There are plus two year old posts about this with it supposed to being fixed soon but here we are 2 years later.

Frequent disconnections since switching to Fios

Help Fraser, curious how this would fix the disconnect using IPs out the dhcp range. -

I'm seeing the same thing, usually get 5x more good servers. I resync the cloud more than once and looks to be only effecting the cod vanguard servers. Is there something up with the cloud not updating on your end so to speak or is Activision getting ready fur the new MWII?

Geo-Filter not able to access cloud
XSXS replied to JTR's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
None, however I did another factory reset yesterday and now it's working however get missing json fault now when syncing the cloud. -
I've noticed this as well, only like 4 servers showed up in North America and only one in California. There are usually 5x as many and like 5 in California alone.

Tried them all but usually use Chrome on PC. It's connected to fiber ONT. Ppoe with vlan tagging, I used upnp with Nat set to open. I do not use DMZ. It worked with no issues until it locked u up and needed to rebooted. -
