r1 not allowing me to connect

When I try to connect to the router via my laptop it keeps saying the password is incorrect.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey, thanks for purchasing! Have you connected to the control panel by a wired device and changed the wireless password? Or are you using the serial number from the box?

Serial number from the box

Try connecting to the router from a wired device i.e. ethernet cable into your laptop, access the control panel, go to the wifi settings and change the password and then try connecting via wifi with putting in the new password.

No clue on how to do this.  I'm in the control panel and the only thing it's seeing is my home router.  Zero recognition of the R1.

Have you completed the entire quick start guide that was in the box?

Yep.  Done as directed.

Might have just figured it out as I've finally gotten to your setup site.  Wish me luck and thanks for the help.

Ahh fantastic, no worries! Any other issues have a look at the forum, someone may have had your issue, otherwise you can make a new thread about it or jump in the chat room :)
