This R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute

Recommended Posts

Hi

I can no longer access the QOS or the Geo Filter menu.

I get the following error all the time...

This R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute and then it says uncaught

It was all working fine last night

Unable to use Device manager, network monitor as well.

Is there a fix for this?

Do I have to do to this?

Even though I'm on the latest firmware ?

Hi Ste - unfortunately the best way to fix this is through a factory reset. Instructions here:

Let us know if you need any further help.

Nope didn't achieve anything.

How did you do that factory reset? Did you log out, clear your browser, and use the recessed hole in the back of the router and hold for about 20 seconds? Then go though the set up routine again.

I have so many Portfowards open I have the same problem right now, Do i have to factory reset as well?

If you have a smartphone take pictures of your settings, or put them in a text document you can copy and paste from. You can make a backup but obviously not a good idea if you have a problem like this.

Nope, did it through the UI which is the same thing apparently.

Not always as and Netgear advise doing it though the pinhole and holding it for up to 30 seconds, so worth a try. Both are listed but over the years I have always found the pinhole one works best. Also re downloading the firmware you are using and re installing it may help :)
