Before i could change my mtu on the ps4 and this msg never came up. I have tried tons of values nothing changes. Any reason to why this is happening?

Its been like this since about the third firmware release, its never been fixed, I noticed I still had it last night as well. On the bright side I see no ill effects from it though.

MTU is handled by Netgear on the back-end I believe, since it falls under the Netgear settings suite. I'd recommend raising this issue on their forum (if you haven't already!) since the more they hear of issues, the more likely they are to resolve them. As KIllhippie said though, it seems like a negligible error message - it shouldn't affect performance.
