If you connect to the router directly, so PC > Ethernet > XR500 do you then see the routers page (GUI)?

If not a few Windows CMD to try.

ipconfig /all : to check you see a default gateway of 192.168.1.1

ipconfig /release : to release the computers IP

ipconfig /renew : to hand out a new IP to the computer

Also with your phone check the device manager/scheduling pages to see if anything there is blocking your access.

in device manager it's not blocked, my schedule setting under content filtering is set to default which is everyday

The PC you built doesn't have ethernet? So this is exclusively a WiFi issue as far as you're aware? This sounds more like the wireless network card is the issue rather than the router. Does it support AC? Disable Smart Connect on the WiFi and connect to 2.4 or 5GHz, does that work?

Can you access your upstream modem using its IP address?

Can you access your modem via ethernet? It sounds like the ethernet card you have setup is not working properly for some reason so you should verify if it can connect to your modem.

Obvious point, but make sure you haven't set a static IP on your Ethernet adapter too.
