now i just tried 90 on download and 80 on upload  and packet loss wierd

Definitely stick with 90/90 in that case, does it still perform as well when you redo the test on 90/90?

also sombody before this test turned my modem off for a min then turned it back on

normaly if my modem gets turned off i leave it off for a least 30 mins so dlm wont think its a fault

Could you do a test direct to the ISP modem/hub for a comparison? It seems like you're getting spikes no matter what your settings.

 to me it looks like there only spikes now of on 5 ms

That does look like the best one so far! Have a game using these settings and see if it's improved.

Oh man my hit detection on cod bo4 was a lot lot better  i only played for about 5 mins then game ejected out of ps4

Also my hit detection was way better on rdr2 online as well

Btw i havent played on cod bo4 for other a month because bad hit detection

This might change things
