toby jugs
hi, i recently upgraded to duma operating system and everything was working fine. Now the qos tab won't open, geo filter tab opens fine as do all the others but qos just keeps spinning circles and periodically displays a message saying app isn't loaded yet when clearly it is. dunno if this is a known issue but i have no way of of changing my d/l or u/l % or anything else in Qos anymore. Have you rebooted the R1? If you have rebooted and the issue still persists I would advise factory resetting. toby jugs

A reboot should solve it. toby jugs and Netduma Admin 1
Administrators Netduma Admin Posted November 5, 2018 Administrators Share Posted November 5, 2018 Not seen this on QoS before so think this is a very niche bug. Try resetting as PB said. Let us know if it doesn't work. pollutionblues and toby jugs 1
