It happens when I play Black Ops 4. If you're connecting to dedicated servers, it's likely that nothing else will show up. The game is connecting you straight to a server so no other connections are being detected. If you'd like, you could flush the cloud. To do this, click the Flush Cloud button on the Anti-Bufferbloat submenu (or on the legacy R1 firmware, click the 'refresh' icon just above the Geo-Filter map). Then reboot your R1 and the console.
