...Thanks! We work from 10am - 6pm weekdays so we weren't online when you posted. Not to worry though :)

Make sure you check out this guide: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022395-why-can-t-i-access-the-r1-interface-

Also definitely try holding down the reset button on the back of the router to factory reset it. If that doesn't work let me know - there's a bug going around with that. I'll assist you further when you've tried these suggestions.

You guys suck

Hello, to start you should have a little more education and respect for people, the netduma team has a work schedule just like you will have it and after that you have your personal life to attend, you can not be here 24 hours for you.

The solution for you to regain access to your R1 is to assign your PC a static Ip from the windows configuration or the operating system that you use, once this is done you will have access to your R1 again.

Sincerely he does not deserve to help him after seeing his manners, but luckily for you we are not all like you.

a greeting

Just like every company on the planet, we work on a set schedule. We're a small team, so if you're after support you need to wait until we're working and we'll answer your questions.

On your PC connected to the Netduma, run an IPconfig. (To do this, open Command Prompt and type 'ipconfig' before pressing enter). Screenshot those results and send them here.

You could try looking at those results for your 'Default Gateway', and typing the number next to that into your URL bar. Does that take you to the Netduma UI?

You could also try Titofuenla's suggestion above.
