Not sure if I have to go into the advance feature and do more. I believe I selected and added the gaming option. I disabled it and it played good. I tried to find some setup for console playing. That is for source engine games, currently you cannot add an exception for a console/game as they do not like you splitting your traffic. A VPN will always add latency, if you want to use it for gaming i would suggest finding a Gaming VPN that has low to 0 packet loss and then choosing a server closest to your location.
