Device map not reading devices.

hey guys, 

 

Need your help solving this issue, please....

 

My connection is Modem in bridge mode then the XR500 handling everything in the house. everything is wireless except for the Xbox and another Netgear router I use as to give wireless to another floor since the wireless reception is impossible without it, I named it "Top Floor" in the screenshot as you can see.

 

Now the issue is, Topfloor is connected wired and used to show that in the device tab but for some reason, it stopped doing so and is showing "offline" although in the other network gauges it shows that data is being used on it. 

 

so how is it possible a device is offline in the device's map, while it is actually connected weird to to xr500 and shows that data is being used on it?

We're aware of an issue like this and it's on our list to fix, not a priority though as does not impact functionality its just aesthetically incorrect

Pretty sure it’s fixed in the next update - the firmware I got to try fixed the offline issue when devices are connected to another AP.
