Hi Lethaz - so you are only getting 25mbps? Don't worry, there is probably just a simple setting change we need to do to fix this. Could you answer these questions please:

  1. What speeds do you get when wired in?
  2. What device are you using to test the speeds?
  3. Which website are you testing speeds with - we recommend speedtest.net

Could you disable Smart Connect in wireless settings and then connect your wireless devices to the 5G band. Try the test again and see if they’re back to your expected speeds.

My guess is you’re currently connected to the 2.4GHz band which usually has a real world maximum of around 100mbps, which is why you want to make sure you’re on the 5GHz band.

Smart connect was disabled  i ran the speedtest again and still getting around 25mb on 2.4ghz unfortunately i cant run 5ghz on these laptops

i ran a test with a fritzbox7490 and i get around 38 to 44 down which is good.

have you made sure your wireless settings are set for the correct region and that the mode is set to 800mbps? These can be found in settings>>>>>wireless setup.
