I was looking into the QoS option so I did a test with my main computer at 99% computer and the second at 1% of bandwidth and I started download something on the computer with 1% of bandwidth but it still use the totality of my bandwidth and that makes a big lag while i am playing even with 1% o.O Does that is normal ?
