R7800 VPN entries in the logs dispite VPN being disabled

I am not using a VPN, but have noticed entries in my router's logs for OpenVPN. The entries are always the same - a notification that the VPN client disconnected, like this one:

 

[OpenVPN] VPN Client disconnected., Monday, July 16, 2018 15:11:36

 

The checkbox for Advanced > Advanced Setup > VPN Client > Enable VPN Client is not checked. The checkbox for Advanced > Advanced Setup > VPN Service > Enable VPN Service is not checked. I have never used a VPN with this router or enabled these features. I'm running the latest firmware.

 

The most recent entry appeared 6 seconds after I logged into the router. Does anyone have any insight into what might be happening here?
